Starmaker Support Package – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Service Overview

 

Starmaker provides hands on support services designed to assist network marketing leaders and their teams in implementing training, building confidence, and increasing duplication.

 

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Direct message (DM) support services

Messaging assistance and conversation support

Confidence-building guidance

Action-based implementation support

Specific services may vary depending on the selected support package or individual agreement.

Training in line with a 4 week ongoing cycled programme, enhanced to encourage the growth of your network marketing business. Training will not be recorded and will be at 7pm on a Tuesday evening.  This can be changed with 1 weeks notice although a rarity.  You agree to attend if you purchase the package.  This will be your responsibility.

Training will begin the first full calendar month after you purchase the pathway of your choice and you will be contacted within 7 days of purchase to arrange your 1:1 , social media appraisal, FaceBook and Instagram only, and your action plan.  This will also form the date of launch for the DM service, if purchased. 

If you agree to your onboarding and miss this appointment, it will not be rescheduled. 

It is intended that for best results , Stars join the programme for 3 months as a minimum to ensure results are maintained. 

Starmaker operates by email only. You agree to refrain from personally contacting the founder and leading star so that we may maintain effective communication throughout the programme. The email address is info@starmakr.co.uk  

Emails will be answered within 48 hours or sooner. 

 

2. Overarching Terms

These Terms & Conditions serve as the overarching agreement governing all Starmaker services. Any individual contracts, service descriptions, or package specific terms provided must be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms & Conditions shall apply unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

 

3. No Guaranteed Income or Results

While Starmaker provides practical support and real action, results are not guaranteed. Success in network marketing depends on individual effort, consistency, skill, market conditions, and other external factors beyond Starmaker’s control. No income, rank, or performance guarantees are made.

 

4. Client Responsibility

Clients remain fully responsible for:

All business decisions and communications

Compliance with their network marketing company’s policies and procedures

Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical marketing practices

Social media compliance

Starmaker provides support only and does not replace leadership, compliance, or management responsibilities.

 

5. Scope of Support:

Services are provided strictly within the scope of the agreed support package or individual contract. Any services requested outside of the agreed scope may require additional fees or a separate written agreement.

 

6. Confidentiality:

All information shared with Starmaker, including personal, business, and team-related information, will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where legally required.

 

7. Professional Boundaries

Starmaker provides business support services only. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice. Clients are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where required.

 

8. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

All payments must be made in advance.

All sales are final.

Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

Certain services operate on a monthly subscription basis and will be debited on the 28th of each calendar month, irrespective of start date.

.If a subscription payment fails, services will be automatically cancelled.

If a client wishes to rejoin after cancellation, a new registration and payment will be required.

 

9. Referral Program ( Starlink)

Participation in any Starmaker referral program is optional. Referral benefits, rewards, or structures may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice. Misuse may result in immediate removal from the program. A separate agreement will be signed for all Starlinks. 

 

10. Termination of Service

Starmaker reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if:

Services are misused

Conduct is abusive, unethical, or damaging to the Starmaker brand

These Terms & Conditions or any individual contract terms are breached

No refunds will be issued in the event of termination.

 

11. Amendments

Starmaker reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

12. Those purchasing the DM service will be required to complete a seperate questionnaire and will have another set of terms specifically covering that service to agree, they are within the star shop.  This will include a disclaimer ensuring Starmaker is not held accountable for any social media interaction/ restriction as set by meta. The star agrees to be on hand to ensure the Starling allocated for the dm service can access via 2 factor authentication. The DM service will start as soon as the first training of the month is open. The lapse in time before this will be required to ensure setup. 

13.  Recording or publishing Starmaker content is strictly prohibited, as is any negative or defamatory behavour be it in person or on social media or the like. This will result in a fine of £5000 for each breach and a legal demand notice for further damages. 

14.  You may cancel at any time. You will not receive any refund or part refund from the Starmaker service. 

15. Social media is not a part of Starmaker and so those who purchase the service agree to not share other than word of mouth unless with written permission of the founder and co owner, Kate and Jen.  Starmaker also would like to advise that we reserve the right to enact legal proceedings for printed defamation should this occur. 

 

16. Acceptance

By purchasing, registering for, or participating in any Starmaker support package or service, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
