No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, including digital products, online training, and mentorship programmes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
Digital Content & Waiver of Cancellation Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers typically have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases.
However, by purchasing any digital content, training, or programme from Starmakr Ltd, you expressly agree that:

Delivery may begin immediately upon purchase, and

You waive your statutory right to cancel once the service has commenced or digital content has been accessed.
Where applicable, access to materials, platforms, or sessions constitutes commencement of the service.
Services & Mentorship Programmes
For coaching, consultancy, and mentorship services:

Once a programme has been purchased or commenced, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Failure to attend sessions or engage with the programme does not entitle the Client to a refund.
Client Responsibility
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that any product or service is suitable for their needs prior to purchase. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, as outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.
Faulty or Misdescribed Services
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a service or digital product is proven to be:

Not provided with reasonable care and skill
you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or other remedy as required by law.
